On behalf of the Parry Sound Motorcycle Association, welcome to the official "The Bike Rally" web site. The event was formally The Sportbike Rally. We are pleased to offer an event that meets the following objectives: For the Bike enthusiasts, we want to offer you:- A chance to be part of a special group where they are the centre.
- A high level of satisfaction for their time and money.
- An opportunity to meet, and talk motorcycling wit.
- A venue where riders feel their participation and opinions are valued.
- An event where there is no need to compete except in a humorous way.
- They are under no pressure to ‘measure up’.
- The feeling that they are part of an Elite or VIP group.For the Industry, we want to show:
- There is a need for activities for the average motorcyclist.
- That it is a not-for-profit event.
- That our event is a point of reference for other events. To make sure nobody charges too much to the industry or to motorcyclists.
- That we work closely with community based organizations.
- We actively promote safe motorcycling.
- The best way to sell more motorcycles is to keep the people who already own one happy. For the General Public, we want to demonstrate: - The positive benefits to the local community.
- That motorcyclists should be regarded as good people.
- That motorcycling is a safe, healthy and fun family activity.
